At Eagle Homes, we believe in community. We are fortunate to be in a position where we can support several local charities and organizations throughout the year. We are taking this time to feature some of the organizations that we have supported over the year, in the hopes that you will feel moved to support them as well. By giving to these amazing organizations, we are bettering the communities that support us.

Day 1: Habitat for Humanity
Habitat for Humanity began in 1968 because Linda and Millard Fuller of Americus, Georgia, U.S. had a passion to provide access to safe and decent housing for everyone and to have people, from all walks of life, come together to make this vision come true. In 1984, former United States President Jimmy Carter and wife Rosalynn took part in their first ever Habitat build and continue to do so to this day.

To date, Habitat has built 800,000 houses in over 100 countries around the world, providing more than 4 million people with safe, decent, and affordable shelter.

The Salvation Army gives hope and support to vulnerable people today and everyday in 400 communities across Canada and more than 130 countries around the world.

The Salvation Army offers practical assistance for children and families, often tending to the basic necessities of life, provides shelter for homeless people and rehabilitation for people who have lost control of their lives to an addiction.

When you give to The Salvation Army, you are investing in the future of marginalized and overlooked people in your community. Find out more here: https://salvationarmy.ca/
