Approximately 20% of the total development have been set aside as Parks and Recreation areas and includes a community washroom/shower near the swimming beach.  Other facilities include a sand volleyball court, children's playground equipment, baseball diamond, limited mooring facilities, boat launch and horseshoe pits.  Our Community Center Complex has a capacity of 265 people and can be available for weddings, anniversaries or family reunions. The "Upper Halls" has activities which include: line dancing, shuffle board, pool table, table tennis, yoga, carpet bowling, darts, Pilates Exercise, as well as arts and crafts.  Many functions including potluck dinners, craft sales, dances and our Annual Golf Tournament are scheduled throughout the year.  The building also contains the Parker Cove management offices.
