Through work with the Arbor Day Foundation, more than 1.6 million trees have been planted in the U.S. and Canada since 2021. Forest products are the largest raw material used in the construction of a home, and Champion has taken exciting steps to balance use through 44 strategic reforestation projects in the last four years.

We are proud of the large scale impact it has had through these projects serving communities across North America:

• 1.6 million trees planted
• 3,000 acres restored
• 3,500 tons of air pollutants removed - enough oxygen for 6 million people for one day
• 750,000 metric tons of carbon dioxide sequestered – equivalent to 160,000 fewer cars on the road for one year
• 93 million gallons avoided water runoff – enough water for 1 million people for one day

These large scale tree planting efforts are designed to reach areas where our homes are built and delivered, including communities impacted by fires and hurricanes. Arbor Day Foundation has planted trees, spanning 17 U.S. states and one Canadian province from coast to coast.
