Are you a FTHB, separated or haven't owned a property for 4 years? You could qualify for the First-Time Home Buyer Incentive that helps to reduce your mortgage payments! This incentive has been extended to 2025 to support you with your housing costs. 

The First-Time Home Buyer Incentive is a shared-equity mortgage with the Government of Canada, which offers:
-5% or 10% for a purchase of a newly constructed home
-5% for a purchase of a resale (existing) home
-5% for a purchase of a new or resale mobile/manufactured home
