We are a leader in modular home sales and real estate developments and are looking to add a talented Sales Representative to our expanding team in our Kamloops office.

The primary role of the position will be to promote and contribute to the continued overall success of the Sales Team. Key responsibilities will include:

  • Develop contact and build relationships with established and prospective customers;
  • Greet, interview and evaluate walk in customers;
  • Track and record all sales leads;
  • Stay informed of products, services, pricing and cross promotion of other offices;
  • Close customer sales and administrative requirements;
  • Provide exceptional sales and long term service to customers;
The successful applicant will possess:

  • Grade 12 education or equivalent;
  • Previous sales training with 2-3 years experience and proven sales success;
  • Excellent customer service skills with good written and verbal skills;
  • Strong persuasion and influencing skills;
  • Must be goal orientated and enterprising;
  • Good interpersonal skills to work in a Team environment;
  • Self motivated and good organizational skills;
  • Computer literacy;
  • Valid drivers license and vehicle.
