I would like to share our new modular home purchase with your company, its employees and anyone thinking of purchasing a new modular home. It was October of 2009 when my partner and I set up an appointment to meet with James Ellis and Ken Olsen. I had gone to the Eagle Homes website many times and had looked at various modular homes designs.

When we arrived at the Cranbrook office I had a photocopy of three different sections of various modules, copied and taped together. I wasn't sure how this was going to go over. Well much to my surprise we were told that this was fine. You can draw, copy any design that you like, the plans would be drawn up and Moduline would build the home according to your plans. After a couple of hours we had the floor plan laid out, the flooring, cabinets, trim doors etc. all picked out. They had samples in the office for us to look at and if they didn't they found a picture for us to look at.

Within a week or so plans were faxed to us for our review. Once everything was approved and if you are anything like me, I did make a few changes. We were never discouraged about making any changes, we were never told 'No, that can't be done.' It was one of the most rewarding and satisfying purchases I have ever made.

As we were trading in our old mobile home with Eagle Homes we had a lot of co-ordinating to do. With the expertise of Eagle Homes that process was seamless. Our new home arrived on December 14, 2009 in -27 weather. The crew worked all day in this cold, leveling, skirting, putting in garden doors and building us a new set of stairs. They did an amazing job and when they were gone you couldn't even tell they were there, they took every piece of trim, board etc with them. The plumbers and electrician were all on site the same day and by that evening we had heat and lights. The next day we were given the ok to start moving in.

After we had moved in we found there were a few little things that we needed looked at. Rick from Moduline was sent out to inquire and he fixed 99% of the problems within a couple of hours. One other issue with the flooring was completed in a short time later.

We are very proud of our new home and look forward to many years of living in it. We have no reservations about recommending Eagle Homes, especially James Ellis, his knowledge and ease of the way he works with his clients is very professional, yet he really takes a personal involvement in the customers that he is dealing with.

We would highly recommend purchasing a modular home with Eagle Homes, we love ours and can't wait until we get our new deck built to go with our beautiful new home.

Warren even convinced land developers to open an entire new section not slated for development for quite some time yet. The highly professional way he handled all our changes to plans and many ideas was amazing.

We recently purchased our new Moduline home through Eagle Homes Sales, Salmon Arm office. What impressed us the most was how friendly all the staff was and how comfortable they made us feel, as if we were family.

The sales persons at Eagle Homes helped us to purchase a new home, not buy a house. They were knowledgeable and understood their products. They helped us to choose a floor plan that fit our particular needs and our budget. When asked, they had wonderful suggestions for us from window placement to countertop colour. We never felt pressured into rushing any of our decisions, which for us made an enormous difference in choosing something that might have been "okay", to something that we were really happy with. Questions, which we had a lot of, were answered respectfully and thoroughly.

We are very pleased with the service we have received from Eagle Homes, especially Derrick & Kitty. Derrick has been out here on quite a few occasions to check on the progress being made. We are pleased and very satisfied with our home. Problems have been addressed quickly. If Derrick could not get to it right away then Kitty called and let us know what was happening.
