A BRIEF HISTORY
Mark & Joan raised their family in the manufactured home business. Mark has knowledge in all aspects of the business – finance, construction, sales and transportation. Over the past 30 years, he has achieved many sales awards and numerous customer satisfaction awards.
When Eagle Homes was created, over 70 years of combined experience was brought to the market place by the Ellis family – Mark and his three sons, Warren, Ron and James. 2000 was an exciting year as Eagle Homes placed a dealership in both Salmon Arm and Cranbrook. Kamloops Eagle Homes opened in 2006, making that dealership the Best in B.C. Awarded by Moduline Industries.
Mark was excited to sell his dealerships in Salmon Arm and Cranbrook to his children in 2006. This enabled him to focus more on projects in Kamloops. Mark & Joan are currently developing Sunset Ridge - a 96 lot subdivision that uses the latest in green technology.
Mark believes the future is full of hope and possibilities. His current ambition is to find a partner to create new dealerships in various BC locations.
